It has been a while since we started getting hooked on to truly wireless earbuds and they don’t seem to be going out of fashion anytime soon, especially with just-right products like Anker SoundCore Life P2 being introduced in the market. We have been using the product for some time now and here all we can tell you based on our experience of the Anker SoundCore Life P2 earbuds so far.
The Anker SoundCore Life P2 earbuds have done a brilliant job in the design department with their premium look and feel. The surfaces of each earbud are equipped with soft buttons showcasing the brand’s logo, but the actual material has a typical all-plastic build with featuring a stemmed design.
Usage and Comfort
The earbuds are IPX7 Waterproof so they can provide ample protection against liquids, which means they are good to go even around rain, sweat, and splashing water. This is absolutely amazing as we had no problem using these on a run, even when it started drizzling a little.
With dedicated nozzles, the actual buds end up having a perfect grip in your ears and stay well inside them during regular workouts and even cardio. However, we found that they often slip out during vigorous ones that involve a lot of head shaking, like dancing, for instance.
The earphones are durable enough to handle normal hula hoops but not sturdy to withstand extreme movements, and wear and tears. We found that they work exceptionally well with all our skype calls, podcasts, and video streaming. With routine usage and proper care, these earbuds are hard to damage and will last quite a while in our opinion.
These earbuds are made to deliver Anker’s incredible sound powered by Graphene Drivers, so every beat is sharp and crystal clear with utmost accuracy. Moreover, the BassUp technology they’re equipped with boosts the bass by a significant percentage. What we found most interesting was that the Anker SoundCore Life P2 earbuds come with a “Hear ID” feature wherein the EQ settings are easily customizable.
With Bluetooth 5.0 support, one is good to go with these in a snap. Unfortunately, these cute little buds lack multiple connectivity, and we had to manually switch between multiple devices, which can get annoying at times.
These stylish earbuds’ charging case sports a lon battery with chunky USB type C cables that promise 7 hours of continuous usage from a single charge. We could extend it to 40 hours with non-continuous usage keeping the compact charging case handy. Remember, the real-time listening duration varies between usage and type of consumption as well.
Overall Anker SoundCore Life P2 checks a lot of boxes in the hunt for a high-tech earphone that is doesn’t burn a hole in one’s the pocket. It offers excellent value for money and is packed with plenty of premium features. The company has its unique touch with every product they create understanding the nerves of their customer.
