The functionalities below the UI are given more importance in Android TV 13. This is a hint that the UI of the upcoming Android TV might not get a major makeover. Users will be able to change the screen resolution and refresh rate that is set by default on Android TV 13. It will also add support for more keyboard layouts, a live audio description feature, and enhancements to the audio manager API.
