Specifications

The ASUS ROG Ally will use an exclusive AMD Ryzen processor and run Windows 11 as its operating system. Also, users have the option of connecting an external GPU for playing resource-demanding games. The gaming console will also include a 7-inch touchscreen with a Full HD 1080p screen resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Features

The ASUS ROG Ally, which weighs 608 gms and has dimensions of 280 mm x 113 mm x 39 mm, is narrower, thinner, and slightly lighter than the Steam Valve. There are some software adjustments the business has made for the prototype device. For instance, the gaming console has a fingerprint reader that may be used to switch between various accounts.

Availability

The ASUS ROG Ally handheld gaming console’s launch date and price have not yet been disclosed by ASUS. But, interested consumers can sign up on the device’s micro-landing page on Best Buy to be notified when it becomes available for pre-order. It is anticipated that the device will be released in the upcoming months.
