The New Update
In celebration of PUBG Mobile’s sixth anniversary, the Nimbus Islands are inviting players to switch up their gameplay with the Version 3.1 Update. The Nimbus Islands feature varying combat experiences; Sky Isle (Day) is brightly lit and perfect for furious firefights, while Sky Isle (Night) offers a more ominous, covert environment.
Two sky portals along the flight path will be encountered by players when they launch themselves into battle on the Erangel, Livik, and Miramar maps. These portals will take them to the Nimbus Island of their choosing. A countdown timer begins when players get at the Nimbus Islands; if they are eliminated there, they will immediately parachute back into the main battle. The islands vanish at the end of the countdown and are inaccessible for the remainder of the game. Players of PUBG Mobile can prepare for fierce clashes on the Nimbus Islands or choose to make a strategic escape through the portal and return to the main match with plenty of supplies dispersed around the islands.
GamePlay Features
In the Nimbus Islands, a Genie can also be called upon. In addition to obtaining a Respawn Card and abundant gifts by calling a Genie, players can also ride in the comical Flying Carpet vehicle. Players may switch between ground and air travel with ease because of its ground/air flight switch feature, which is quite innovative. The carpet moves easily on the ground, enabling the passenger in the backseat to engage in combat; but, once in the air, shooting is turned off, forcing players to on closely as the carpet executes thrilling aerial movements. Additionally, players have the option to unleash or recall the Flying Carpet at any time, opening up new tactical possibilities on the battlefield. There are more Flying Carpet interactions for PUBG Mobile players to discover and explore. When a Flying Carpet is empty, players can use emotes nearby to make it dance with them. Another invention of the Nimbus Islands is the flying Sky Treasure Ship, which can travel to various destinations along a predetermined path. The Sky Treasure Ship follows a prearranged route and stops at each boarding point so that players can board. It also periodically releases several gifts at these boarding sites, luring people in with priceless wealth.
The Grooving grenade, a new throwable that summons a Genie and creates a temporary dancing zone, and the Portal Staff, which can create two portals for quick mid-range transportation and teammate rescues, are just a few of the new weapons and tactical items that are included in the Version 3.1 Update for themed game modes. In addition, every player has a Treasure Map, which they can use to find common and uncommon crates with different supplies throughout the game. There’s also a chance to find the elusive Treasure Vault Key, which, when used to open the Auspicious Treasure Vault, will provide access to rare supplies.
Version 3.1 brings with it a major upgrade for Miramar, adding new regions, zip lines and updates to petrol stations along with the possibility of sandstorms. Players may now use tokens to refill their vehicles at petrol stations located throughout the map, and the Truck Stop and Partona districts have been incorporated into Miramar. There is also a new Trade Shop that will buy five different kinds of products from players every time they play, in addition to a limited number of items that players can buy.
Additionally, the P90 gun is once again the first SMG offered in airdrop boxes. This modified P90 will only ever spawn in airdrop crates. It uses a unique 5.7mm ammunition that performs exceptionally well thanks to its high rate of fire and low recoil. Along with Cycle 6 Season 17, the Version 3.1 Update offers a plethora of exciting new features and improvements, such as the addition of new legendary goods that promise to boost gameplay and award players with special benefits. In celebration of its first anniversary, the Version 3.1 Update also brings new Fairy Tale features to the World of Wonder creative mode, such as pirate ships, cannons, telescopes, and more, along with new wet and snowy weather and an entirely new Home system. In contrast to World of Wonder’s restricted access, Home is available to all gamers, enabling them to build the house of their dreams and promoting innovation and community involvement on a massive scale. The World of Wonders page’s Home tab gives users the exclusive opportunity to create and construct their own custom homes in PUBG Mobile! A wide range of interactive furniture, such as couches, chairs, beds, lights, two-seater swings, speakers, guitars, pianos, violins, and more, can be used to decorate your house. Every house has a butler as well. In addition, players can explore featured houses, view home rankings, collaborate with up to four people online to edit homes and browse and visit the homes of their friends.
