The 16:10, 14-inch Chromebook offers 100% sRGB coverage, a built-in QHD 2K webcam, vibrant displays, and high-quality video conferencing in addition to its WUXGA display and DTS Audio. The 2-in-1 Chromebook’s flexible 360-degree convertible mode, quick-charging USI pen, and compliance with military-grade durability standards enable hybrid workers and students to fully utilise it for daily use. The WUXGA (1920×1200) touchscreen Chromebook’s brilliant display vividly displays images with a 100% sRGB colour gamut. Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass is included with the vibrant 16:10 display, which is protected by slim bezels and resists stains and bacteria that cause odours. In any of the four modes made possible by the 2-in-1 Chromebook’s 360-degree hinges, the optional USI stylus offers 4,096 distinct levels of pressure and tilt sensitivity, enabling a natural feel and accurate strokes while taking notes or sketching on the display.
A further factor in the Chromebook Spin 714’s longer lifespan is its robust build. The anodized aluminium chassis complies with U.S. MIL-STD 810H durability standards to withstand regular use, fend off dents and bends, and fend off chips and rust to preserve the premium appearance and feel.
Specifications
The new Chromebooks have up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, which increase performance over the previous generation by up to 10%. Additionally, they follow the guidelines for the Intel Evo platform, which offers quick performance and up to 10 hours of battery life. The battery may be quickly charged for up to four hours of use in just 30 minutes for really long days. The Acer Chromebook Enterprise Spin 714 also offers Intel vPro technology for enterprises that want extra manageability and security controls.
Camera
These new versions offer a high-end video conferencing solution for work and school as the first Acer Chromebooks to include a QHD 2K webcam. The 2K webcam offers high-resolution images in addition to having a physical shutter to safeguard privacy and temporal noise reduction technology to maintain high-quality visuals even in low light.
Features
Dual microphones, two upward-facing speakers with DTS Audio, and an integrated smart amplifier that produces higher-quality, distortion-free audio and deeper bass support the images. The Chromebooks may connect to other devices via a variety of connections, including HDMI and two Thunderbolt 4 ports, as well as Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. Using the optional fingerprint reader speeds up device unlocking while maintaining data security.
