For improved hardware performance, the Dell XPS Desktop 8960’s higher configurations enable liquid cooling. There are options for the 13th Gen Intel processors between Intel Core i9-13900K, Intel Core i7, and Intel Core i5 models.

With the Dell XPS Desktop 8960, a variety of graphics cards are available, including the GeForce GTX 1650, GeForce RTX 4080, and RTX 4090. Also, there are just a few AMD alternatives, such as the current-generation RX 7900 XTX and Radeon RX 6500XT up to 6800XT.

Three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A and USB-C ports, a 3.5mm audio connector, and an SD card slot are located at the front of the Dell XPS Desktop 8960. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6E. There are three power options for the desktop: 460W, 750W, and 1,000W.
