The 12.4-inch IPS LCD panel on the Xiaomi Book S 12.4 features a 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a maximum brightness of 500 nits, and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. It supports touch inputs and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. For selfies and video calls, a 5 MP camera sensor is employed, while a 13 MP camera sensor is on the back.

The Xiaomi Book S 12.4 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 CPU. With an Adreno 680 GPU, eight cores and eight threads, a maximum clock speed of 3.15MHz, and a 7W TDP, this chipset is quite equipped. 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage can also be added to it. A built-in micro SD card connector with 512 GB of memory expansion is also available on the laptop.
Features
Windows 11 on an ARM is already pre-installed on the laptop. Only one USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi ac, and Bluetooth 5.1 are available on this Xiaomi Book laptop. The laptop’s 38.08 Wh/4,920 mAh battery also supports 65 W rapid charging.

There is no current information available on the price of the Xiaomi Book S 12.4-inch laptop. But we can safely assume that it will be a mid-range laptop. It will be available for pre-order at Xiaomi Mall, Xiaomi Youpin, and other web portals starting from February 3. Global availability details will roll out soon.
