Design
According to recent leaks, this newer model will feature the same unique form factor that made the original N foldable quite popular. It is a relatively square-ish design, with a large 7.1-inch 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display on the inside. The front featured a 5.49-inch panel with a unique 18:9 aspect ratio. The newer N2 model is expected to feature the same size but with a higher resolution panel that delivers better colour reproduction and touch responsiveness. The back panel will also get a new faux leather finish, which will be soft to the touch and help prevent fingerprint accumulation.
Internals
On the inside, the smartphone is expected to get the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. You can expect up to 12GB of RAM and at least 512GB of storage with the same. The phone will also get the usual Bluetooth 5.2, WIFI 6, and 5G connectivity options so that you can easily connect and control a bunch of devices and data. The setup will be rounded off with a 4520mAh battery, which will support fast charge capabilities. The software side is handled through a special version of Android 13 OS, running a ColorOS 13 skin on top.
Price & Availability
We don't have any concrete information about the camera array, the cooling mechanism, or any extra features that the company might include. But we do know that the Oppo Find N2 will be available in a variety of colours, ranging from black and white to unique shades of blue, green and more. It is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2023, with the price staying on par with the competition.
