Body and Display
On the front, the Realme 9 Pro+ features a 6.4-inch 90Hz Super AMOLED display with a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. The device also has an in-display fingerprint with a heart-rate sensor. While the Realme 9 Pro gets a bigger 6.6-inch Full HD+ 120Hz display. The 9i shares the 6.6-inch screen size but makes do with a 90Hz LCD display.
Under the Hood
The 9 Pro is a bit more affordable but stick packs the powerful Snapdragon 695 5G processor, which is supported by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card slot in the SIM card cavity. Meanwhile, the 9i runs on the Snapdragon 680 processor, which is good for productivity and value for money.
Both realme 9 Pro and 9i come with a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The entire 9 Pro series also get the advantage of an industry-leading Vapor Chamber Cooling System, which features a five-layer cooling system that provides up to 10 C temperature reduction in the core area, thanks to 3-layered graphite sheets which effectively insulate the heat conduction.
But the real differentiators are the camera setups, with the 9 Pro+ 5G packing pro-grade cameras featuring the powerful Sony IMX766 Sensor. The 16MP front camera uses the Clear Fusion algorithm to ensure that your selfies are flawless and well-lit, even in low-light conditions or indoor settings. A dual-stabilization setup featuring both Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) complements the experience of the main camera.
