A new iteration of the very popular gaming smartphone, the Magic 8 Pro from renowned Chinese smartphone manufacturer Nubia has just been unveiled. The Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro Transparent Silver Edition is now available in the international market. The smartphone features a transparent rear panel, and it looks great because of the design. As a smartphone designed for gaming, Nubia has also provided some game-specific styling and appearance.

Design

The Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro transparent edition offers what is referred to as Atomic Silver Industrial Transparent Design. A 6.8-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz is one of its main characteristics. The brand Nubia’s utilisation of an under-display camera gives the front display a gorgeous appearance.

The Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro transparent edition sports a triple back camera configuration with a 50-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel secondary ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. There is a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

Specifications

The Red Magic 8 Pro transparent edition is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship chipset. The RedMagic OS, which is based on Android 13, will start up immediately. As the RedMagic 8 Pro is a performance-focused smartphone, you shouldn’t worry too much about its cameras. It features a 6000mAh battery and supports both 65W wireless charging and 80W cable charging.

Compared to the standard Red Magic 8 Pro edition, the recently released Transparent Silver Edition is only available in a 12GB version. The price of the Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro transparent edition is $724. The smartphone is now available for pre-order on the official website of Nubia, and the official sale date is set for March 21. Those who reserve a unit in advance will receive an additional discount of about $14.
