Design
This smartphone line boasts a sleek and fashionable design that is quite different from the latest 12 Series smartphones. This smartphone stands out with its rounded corners and boxy design. The leaked picture depicts a brown phone with a leather-like feel and a white camera panel, suggesting that the company has opted to maintain a colour contrast in the phone. The phone will include a triple camera setup on its back, with a novel setup in which the central camera is smaller than the two on each side.
Display
It has been speculated that the Xiaomi 13 series would include a 2K AMOLED display. It’s possible that the display will support 1B colours, along with Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The current information suggests that the screen will be a conventional 6.73 inches in size with a pixel-per-inch density of 521. It has also been speculated that the peak brightness of this screen might reach up to 1500 nits.
Specs
There will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and 12 GB of RAM in the Xiaomi 13 Series. When Android 13 is released, you’ll be able to do all of these things and more. This is also likely to have the Adreno 740 graphics processor and Octa-core CPU. Because of the series’ reputation for technological advancement, it’s reasonable to anticipate improved hardware specifications. The internal storage of up to 512 GB that supports the UFS 3.1 file system would be great. The specifications have been left vague, and more data is needed.
Camera
Unfortunately, there is little information on the camera capabilities of this gadget. Reports indicate that the smartphone will feature three cameras on its back. Sony’s IMX8-series 50MP sensor will be used for the main camera. Maximum-resolution photos of the highest quality will be captured. Both the second camera, a telephoto with 2x optical zoom, and the third, an ultra-wide with the same resolution, will be 50 megapixels.
It’s possible that the Selfie camera is a 32 MP camera with HDR and panorama mode, capable of taking stunning self-portraits. It’s capable of recording movies at 30, 60, and 120 frames per second in 1080p, 720p, and HDR10+. However, it is anticipated that this data will only be accessible by smartphone. It’s possible that the actual camera specifications are going to be different from our assumptions.
Battery
It has been said that the series’ batteries can hold 4,800 mAh. To be clear, this capacity is subject to change amongst the various models in this series. The 120W Fast charger included in this series will guarantee a full charge in a couple of minutes. In addition to this, it has been suggested that the Xiaomi 13 Series would support 50W wireless charging.
Price and Availability
Pricing details for the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro have not yet been made public. Only hearsay exists, and it paints a murky image at best. However, the smartphone series won’t be available outside of China until the end of December, so we may have to wait until next month. Until then, why don’t you catch up to all the best things about the 12 series in our review of the Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
