All the data collected by these sensors is automatically fed into a smart training algorithm called Zepp Coach. It then uses all the data to build a baseline for your regular metabolism and how your body reacts to various workouts. Once it has learned enough, it can then provide you with specific tips and insights about how to get the best possible performance while training. Even outside of personal coaching, the system has over 150 sports modes and workouts built-in right from the start so that you can easily push through all sorts of sports scenarios.
Smart Features
While going through the workout, the system can help you use other supplemental functions, such as active dual-band GPS tracking, with the help of several satellite positioning systems. You can also check your notifications and messages by connecting them to your smartphones and listening to locally stored playlists, thanks to an in-built 4GB storage and wireless headphone connectivity.
