Design
The Bespoke Jet package comes with a large cigar-like design that is highlighted in bold colours. The machine rests in the stationary dock, automatically charging the batteries wirelessly while acting as the dustbin dispenser. When needed, you can simply pick up the vacuum and use it as you like, thanks to a large suction tube, as well as a flexible flat head design.
The vacuum itself is pretty ergonomic and easy to use. It features a handle on top of the machine and is attached to an LCD display that lets you select various functions. Behind the handle, you have a large removable pouch of batteries that can be recharged and reused for a cord-free cleaning experience. The motor and collection pouch hangs from the handle but is separate from the suction tube, which is attached to the lower part of the handle-machine combo.
Internals
Since the product is meant to be light and manoeuvrable, the company decided to use a new Digital Inverter Motor that is 47% lighter than the regular Jet90 while still generating up to 210W of suction power. It is attached to a multi-layer filtration system, which claims to clean up to 99.99% of all surfaces and air impurities.
This is possible thanks to a multi-layer design, which is meant to create mini cyclones of air that help separate the dust particles from the clean air. These particles are then caught in a metal mesh grille filter, which is designed for larger dust particles. This method of using centrifugal forces to separate the impurities is repeated multiple times through the cleaning tunnel, with various attachments at the end, ranging from a basic micro filter to a fine dust filter trap.
All of these components can be individually removed, replaced and reused after cleaning. Even with the loss of one or the other filter, the machine would still function as intended. This was made possible by the unique multi-cyclone structure and an upgraded spray spinning sweeper, which is great for dry and wet cleaning. The body itself can store up to 150ml of water in the discrete tank, so you can go through many surfaces before swapping everything out.
Smart Features
The LCD display mentioned above enables a host of smart features and comes with support for up to 28 languages. This way, you can adapt the system to fit your needs instead of the other way around. You can use it to keep an eye on the cleaning process and storage status. It also showcases specific errors, such as clogging of the machine, objects stuck in the brush, or even missing or broken filters, so that you can easily diagnose the issue with your cleaning process and get it done as quickly as possible.
All of this is run via the large-capacity battery we mentioned above. Depending on the cleaning requirements, it can run the setup for up to an hour or more. You can keep a spare battery charged nearby if you expect it to last longer. The batteries will take an hour or two to charge up again, and the company claims that they will last you more than 500 cycles of charge before you start to notice a markable degradation in battery backup.
