Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus was released alongside the regular Fire HD 8 and features a lot of the same upgrades that the base model gets over previous generation devices from the same series. You still have the same plastic frame and back panel, as well as large chunky bezels around the display to denote the price point of the device. The processor is also basic but does manage to handle most day-to-day activities without a lot of problems. There is even wireless charging available, as long as you have the right kind of charger, which you will also have to buy separately from Amazon.
