Honor X7
Honor X7 is one of the cheapest entry-level smartphones available on the market today, which features a 90Hz refresh rate display. You do have to compromise on resolution, though, as it is a 720p resolution IPS panel which can sustain average brightness levels. You do get a reliable Snapdragon 680 processor, which is a mid-tier chipset with decent levels of performance. You even get a massive 5000mAh battery, although it takes quite a bit of time to get it charged. While the main camera can take decent pictures in proper lighting conditions, the secondary cameras are pretty basic and offer little utility.
