Design
The smartphone features a sleek and slim design with curved edges, a plain flat display, a matte finish to the back panel, as well as a large rectangular camera bump that sits vertically on the left side of the back panel. These features combine to create a refreshingly modern look, which is only further enhanced by the variety of unique colour options, such as Geometric Black, Impression Blue, and Pop Orange.
On the front, you get the latest Samsung E5 AMOLED display, which is 6.78-inches in size, features an FHD+ resolution, as well as support for 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ content. The display can hit a peak brightness of 1500nits and comes with a fingerprint sensor hidden beneath. There is even a special dual x-axis linear motor setup for improved haptics so that you truly feel all your touch interactions with the device.
Internals
The device is powered by a Dimensity 9000+ chipset, which is based on MediaTek's latest 4nm manufacturing process. It is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is a special vapour cooling chamber in place to keep all these components cool, as well as the massive 5000mAh battery that supports up to 120W of blistering rapid charging. The setup is rounded off with the addition of all the basic connectivity options, ranging from WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and 5G to even a special 3.5mm headphone jack for audiophiles.
The smartphone also gets a tripled camera setup in the rear, with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP depth-sensing sensor. On the front, there is only a single 16MP selfie shooter that is more than enough to do its job. We don't know how good this setup is, but it should deliver usable photos and videos as long as you give it plenty of light.
