The 100e Chromebook Gen 4 has an 11.6-inch anti-glare display. This model has a MediaTek Kompanio 520 CPU and is only 1.25 kilos in weight. The SoC is coupled with 32GB of internal eMMC storage and 4GB of RAM. The laptop also supports Wi-Fi 6, and a 4G LTE version is available as an option. Lenovo 500e Yoga Chromebook Gen 4
The 500e Yoga Chromebook Gen 4, which is the most expensive of the three models, was also presented by the Chinese computer manufacturer. It features a touch-enabled, 12.2-inch taller IPS LCD panel. It has reduced blue light, a 16:10 aspect ratio, advanced Gorilla Glass protection, and TUV certification to reduce eye strain.
The notebook is equipped with a more potent Intel N100 or N200 CPU. Up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal eMMC storage are combined with this. Since the tablet features a touch display, users can also choose to purchase an active stylus pen. For further connectivity possibilities, one can even select between Wi-Fi 6 or 6E and an optional 4G LTE. A 5-megapixel camera with a world-facing lens can be added to the front’s HD or FHD camera.
Lenovo 14e Chromebook Gen 3
Last but not least, the firm unveiled the 14e Chromebook Gen 3, which is distinct from the aforementioned Yoga variants. Although this model has a higher 14-inch display, the panel is not touch-enabled. However, it does have an aluminium top cover and a high screen-to-body ratio of 82 percent.
The Intel Core processor (i3-N305) and the Intel N200 processor are both compatible with this model. Up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of SSD storage can be used with this chipset. Wi-Fi 6 or 6E is one of the additional features for a quicker and more reliable connection. One can also use an HD or FHD camera for online courses and hybrid learning.
Price & Availability
The cost of these laptop models from the range of Lenovo Chromebooks has not yet been disclosed. However, this year’s first quarter will see the release of the new Chromebooks for schools, and they will also be available for private use through all Lenovo stores worldwide.
