Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro Coming Soon

With 6.8 Inch OLED Display

Nubia is all set to add another feather to the Red Magic series of gaming smartphones with the Red Game 8 Pro. The company took to its Weibo handle to reveal that it would be unveiled at an event. Recently, a Nubia smartphone with the model number NX729J has just been discovered on some certification sites like 3C and TENAA, which is now having rumours of actually being the Red Magic 8 Pro.

Specifications

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform will power the Red Magic 8 Pro. It will have 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB of storage and 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of RAM. The gaming phone is believed to have UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5x RAM to deliver an enhanced gaming experience. The 6.8-inch OLED screen on the Red Magic 8 Pro will have a resolution of 2480 x 1116 pixels. It won’t likely feature a punch-hole, indicating that a full-screen experience will be available.

Camera

It will have an 8 MP under-display camera for selfies. On the back, it will feature a 50 MP primary camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2 MP macro & depth sensor.

Features

The Red Magic 8 Pro will come in 5000mAh and 6000mAh battery variants. It will support up to 165W fast charging. It will most likely come preloaded with the Android 13 OS with the Red Magic UI on top. The device will measure 163.98 x 76.35 x 8.9mm and weighs approximately 228 grams.

Availability

The Red Magic 8 Pro will be announced at 3 pm (local time) on December 26 in China. More details about its global availability will follow very soon.
