ASUS ExpertCentre Desktop PCs Launched

With Top-Of-The-Line Specifications

ASUS is a brand to which nobody needs an introduction. It has created a name for itself in the market with many ranges of varied products. Recently, ASUS launched two new desktop PCs. They are the ExpertCentre D500SD and S500SD. The former is targeted towards the business market, while the latter is intended for consumer use. Nevertheless, both gadgets have top-notch specs. With these releases, ASUS hopes to provide both businesses and retail customers with a comprehensive PC solution.



The ASUS ExpertCentre D500SD and S500SD are equipped with the brand’s exclusive motherboard, which features ASUS 5X Protection III technology and 100% solid capacitors. A Core i5 processor from the 12th generation is present in both desktop computers. The addition of a discrete NVIDIA GPU is an option. Both PCs can have up to 64GB of RAM. The hybrid storage ExpertCentre pair pack has a PCIe SSD and HDD slot.


The ASUS ExpertCentre D500SD and S500SD both have a compact form factor and a comparable design. The former has MIL-STD-810H certification of a military grade. The PC‘s principal heat sources are housed in isolated air chambers, which further optimise the thermal architecture.


The ASUS ExpertCentre D500SD and S500SD have USB-C, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HDMI, and VGA ports, as well as Wi-Fi-6 and Bluetooth 5.2 support as connectivity options. Both devices have TPM 2.0 and run Windows Home OS.

Price & Availability

The starting prices for the ASUS ExpertCentre D500SD and S500SD are $425. Both are available for purchase at ASUS Exclusive Stores beginning December 23rd and come with a 3-year on-site warranty. Global availability is to start very soon, expectedly by early next year.
