HP E45C G5 Monitor Launched

With A 44.5 Inch Curved Display

HP is a brand known for always coming up with new surprises. Recently, a 44.5-inch curved monitor from HP with a 165Hz refresh rate has been introduced. The largest model in the E series G5 lineup, the new HP VA monitor, has a DQHD resolution. The E45C G5 launch was one of the most anticipated moments from the HP event at CES 2023.

The curved form of the new display of HP E45C G5 emphasizes its obvious visual appeal. The display offers a 3ms GtG response time and 99% sRGB colour gamut coverage. The monitor delivers up to 180 degrees of vertical and horizontal viewing angles and has an 8-bit panel depth. The DQHD display with a 5,120 × 1,440 resolution contributes to the delivery of sharp and clear images. It is a monitor that may serve both as a work monitor and a gaming monitor. The display offers a contrast ratio of 3,000:1 and a maximum brightness of 400 nits.


With a 120 PPI pixel density and respectable refresh rates, the HP E45C G5 curved display monitor allows the user to play video games without interruptions. The display offers a number of connectors, including Gigabit Ethernet, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1 and USB of Type A and Type C. A 5Gbps communication rate is available on USB ports. The two USB-C connectors provide DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode and 65W power delivery. The HP curved display monitor also has 100 x 100mm VESA mounting holes, a movable stand and 3W stereo speakers.

Price & Availability

The HP E45C G5 monitor is priced at $1818 and is only available in the European market for now. The details about its international availability will be announced soon.
