This display comes in just one colour—a bright white—and has a minimalistic design. The 14-inch screen has estimated dimensions of 325 by 204 by 8.5 to 15 mm and a gross weight of roughly 1.15 kg. A little more weight may be expected due to the display’s full construction from aluminium, metal, and plastic. The temperature range that the Display may operate in is specified as being between freezing and boiling.
Since the screen is just 14 inches in size, this gadget may be stowed away in a purse or briefcase without any difficulty. The LED screen will have a maximum resolution of 1920×1080. This may be put to good use thanks to its 60Hz refresh rate and support for up to 262K colours. Anyone using the screen for office work, email, or coding may not even notice; however, those attempting to view movies or streaming TV on the tablet may notice a lack of depth in shadows and an overall dullness to the image.
The screen should look great with Orange Pi’s Raspberry Pi 400 clone 800 running its new Android-based OS that looks very much like Windows 11, with the option to emulate MacOS coming shortly. We’d love to see it made available for additional Arm-based boards since it looks great.
There is one HDMI port on this display for high-speed video and audio transmission from a compatible projector or personal computer. It has two USB Type-C connectors, so you can hook up a keyboard or another device if you need to type on the big screen as well as your phone. There are only three connectors on this screen at the moment, but that might change if and when the manufacturer releases a newer model. A 3.5mm jack is also present for headphones.
