Better Control Over Questions
When broadcasting Live, the Q&A may be started in the Live Control room. Not only can you ask questions in real time, but you can also take polls in real time. Because it is powered by the same engine as the chat room, it will automatically remove any profanity and allow you to report any questions you find offensive.
The questions asked by the viewers will be arranged chronologically in an orderly manner. The first question will vanish after 200 questions have been put in, which gives the creator more time and ease to answer the question.
Helpful For Creators
This was a literal challenge for the Creators, who had to scroll through an ocean of questions to respond to everyone. YouTube has implemented this option in an effort to address this problem. Your questions submitted through the QnA feature will be displayed in an orderly fashion, allowing the creator to quickly switch to the QnA section, answer all of the questions, and return to Live Chat.
Countering Competitors
YouTube intends to give additional tools to producers in an effort to keep them on the site. Several rival platforms, such as TikTok and Twitch, pay artists a higher percentage of revenue in an effort to win them over. TikTok even has its own one-of-a-kind QnA Feature that was released a long time ago.
YouTube also provides a number of ways for users to demonstrate their appreciation for the content's authors. YouTube's "Super Thanks" feature allows users to donate anywhere from $2 to $50 to their favourite creators in exchange for a video they've seen.
Super Chat, which facilitates monetization for the Creator through Livestream, and Super Sticker, which provides an additional means of expressing thanks, are two more features that may be found on the platform.
Feature Availability
Since there has been no confirmation on the Desktop versions, the newest feature will be exclusive to mobile devices. For the sake of testing and feedback, the Feature will first be made available to a small group of chosen authors. In the future, the Feature will be made available to all developers. It will probably be out this month.
