Membership
Access to YouTube’s original material, such as its documentaries and series, which is not available to non-subscribers, is included with the YouTube Premium membership. Users who want access to premium material and ad-free watching should definitely consider this option. To improve user experience, the service is adding new features.
New Features
Subscribers can now download content to view later, play videos in the background while using other apps, and access high-quality videos in addition to ad-free YouTube and Music. Additionally, the service now includes a Queue function for saving videos to view later and a SharePlay feature that lets FaceTime users watch videos together. Additionally, 1080p Premium will now be available to YouTube Premium subscribers using iOS devices, delivering 1080p HD content with a higher bitrate. Google intends to soon make this capability available to Android users. In addition, YouTube Premium will also provide two additional features: Smart Downloads, which automatically downloads suggested videos for offline viewing, and the Continue Watching function, which lets users resume where they left off with a video.
Availability
Now, up to five family members may join for an additional $11.99 per month, which is essentially the base price of Premium, with a one-month free trial, or a student may sign up for $6.99 per month. With these additional features, YouTube Premium is establishing itself as a must-have service for fans of both videos and music. With all these new features, those looking for further benefits may find the subscription more alluring.
