Design
Despite the cheaper price tag, the GT 3 SE still carries the same size and overall design as the rest of the Watch GT series. You get a light, rugged body featuring a round watch face and flat glass protection. The face features lots of digital hands and designs, which are complemented by the physical second markers that are engraved around the circle. The other physical touches include the big crown on the right, as well as a secondary button for accessing various functions and settings.
The display itself is a 1.43-inch AMOLED panel, which fits nicely in the 46mm casing. The entire setup weighs barely 35.6 grams without the polymer fibre straps, which themselves don't carry that much weight. You can get them in Graphite Black and Wilderness Green colours to match the aesthetic of the watch.
Performance
The Huawei Watch GT 3 SE comes with all the 100+ sports modes that have been programmed into the GT series, allowing you to track your activities and health markers easily. The system even learns from your data and then provides personal recommendations about how to improve your health. These measurements also include blood oxygen and heart rate monitoring to help you make the most out of your workouts.
If the system misses anything else, you can still set reminders to tell yourself when to measure your blood pressure or diabetes, drink water, or take a break from staring at a screen. Other basic smartwatch functions include sleep tracking and special modes for snoring and talking. You can run all these functions and more with the help of a built-in battery, which can deliver up to two weeks of regular operation.
