Design
The Conversation Clear Plus closely resembles a typical set of true wireless headphones, helping to dispel any stigma or associations with traditional hearing aids. Naturally, they also share many qualities with traditional headphones. Even while the application, in this case, is more concerned with lowering background noise in relation to speech, that also incorporates active noise cancellation.
Features
As with other wireless headphones, users can customise the level of noise cancellation, and an accompanying app lets them fine-tune the listening experience. There are three primary presets, Relax, Communication, and Streaming. All of those are fairly self-explanatory, but the final one highlights a crucial distinction between this class of hearing aids and older models, the capacity to stream music and audio from the phone. Some hearing aids can do this, but because it’s not what they were made for, it’s frequently a less-than-ideal experience. Given Sennheiser‘s reputation in the headphone industry, streaming is probably going to be on par with its consumer headphones. The Conversation Clear Plus has a nine-hour battery life on a single charge, and the case provides an additional 27 hours of battery life over three charges.
Price & Availability
The Conversation Clear Plus is conveniently priced at $850, lesser than any other industry-leading hearing aid. It will be up for pre-order beginning January 5 on Sennheiser’s official website. It will then become generally available on January 20. Global shipping is available, with shipping costs varying according to the country.
