Design
The earphones feature an ergonomic design, with a comfortable but secure fit that you can rely on to provide a proper noise cancellation seal, as well as a full sound soundstage, despite its compact size. The whole body is made from a special recycled resin that was generated from recycled water bottles.
They even featured different types of recycled plastic for different parts of the body and case, with certain regions featuring a unique marble pattern to denote the quality and design. The material was developed specifically for these earphones and takes advantage of the adhesive properties of the water bottle material. They even went as far as ensuring that each product comes with a different pattern in the marble design.
Performance
The headphones still feature the same powerful internals of the LinkBuds S series, which now feature integration for Adaptive Sound Control, which automatically adjusts ambient sound settings depending on your surroundings to help create the ideal listening experience.
Another feature added with this update is the addition of multipoint connection functionality to all new and existing XM4 headphone users, who will now be able to connect to two devices at the same time. This includes PC and smartphone integration, as well as the ability to switch to the smartphone to receive a phone call automatically. This feature will be enabled through a software update that will be rolled out in November.
Availability
The LinkBuds S Earth Blue version will also be made available during the same time, in November 2022. You can visit the Sony website and their official retailers to see the latest price and availability information for the same.
